Her Rhythm Cycle Chart - Blank

 
Following on from completing your journal and the discovery questions, you can now print out your chart and fill it in with your own personal cycle rhythm!
 
You can make a spinning hand for the center by cutting out an arrow from some thick card paper and attaching it with a paper fastener so it can spin!
Attach it to your fridge with some magnets or bluetack so you can see it everyday.
 
As you move through your inner seasons, follow the rhythm of your cycle and honour your shifting ways. You'll begin truly going with the flow and see how much smoother life is with this incredible awareness.
