Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your Her Rhythm order. If something isn’t right when it arrives, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate of AU$12.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal services, peak periods and circumstances outside our control.

If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what may be possible.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations and is calculated at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in their country.

Please contact us if you have any questions about international delivery.

 

Local Pick-Up

If you are local to the Noosa Hinterland, local collection may be available by arrangement.

Please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards to organise collection.

 

Packaging

We aim to use beautiful, practical and environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible, including compostable or lower-waste shipping materials where available.

 

Returns & Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as Her Rhythm is not required to provide a refund or replacement simply because you have changed your mind.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so some unused products may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, products must be:

• unused and unwashed

• in their original condition

• returned with their original packaging where applicable.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm whether it is eligible.

For hygiene reasons, used, worn or washed period products and intimate garments cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or has another problem, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

If an item is confirmed to have a fault, Her Rhythm will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where required.

 

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can help investigate the delivery with the postal or courier service.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address has been supplied, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to assist.

 

Handmade & Small-Batch Products

Some Her Rhythm products are handmade, hand-dyed, printed or created in small batches.

As a result, there may be slight variations in colour, pattern, placement or finish between individual products.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

These natural variations are part of the character of our products and are not necessarily considered faults.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Our Returns Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.~
