This website is operated by Her Rhythm Pty Ltd, trading as Her Rhythm (“Her Rhythm”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing herrhythm.com.au, purchasing a product, booking a service or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes and to learn about or purchase Her Rhythm products and services.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, copy our content without permission or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Her Rhythm or another person.

 

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because many Her Rhythm products feature textiles, hand-dyed fabrics, prints, natural ingredients or small-batch production, colours, patterns and appearance may vary slightly between individual products and from what appears on a screen.

These variations are part of the nature of these products and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product availability may change without notice.

 

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable.

We may update our prices, offers or promotions from time to time. Once an order has been accepted, we will not change the agreed price of that order except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.

 

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

We may need to contact you if there is an issue with stock availability, payment, delivery information or an obvious pricing or website error.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

 

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

 

Shipping

Shipping times, charges, order processing and delivery information are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Once an order has been dispatched, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

 

Returns, faulty products and Australian Consumer Law

Our change-of-mind and return arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Shipping & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products sold by Her Rhythm come with the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law.

Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation depending on the circumstances.

Any additional Her Rhythm change-of-mind policy operates alongside, and does not replace, these legal rights.

 

Personal and intimate products

Some Her Rhythm products are designed for personal or intimate use.

For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns may be restricted for certain products once they have been used, worn, washed or opened, as explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

These hygiene restrictions do not remove any rights you may have where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

 

Pre-orders

Some Her Rhythm products may occasionally be offered for pre-order.

Where an item is a pre-order, we will aim to clearly identify this before purchase and provide an estimated availability or dispatch timeframe where possible.

Pre-order timing may change due to production, freight or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with affected customers and provide any remedies required by law.

 

Promotions, discount codes and gift offers

Promotions, discount codes, gifts and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

• only one discount code may be used per order

• discounts may not apply retrospectively to completed purchases

• offers may be limited by date, stock or availability.

Nothing in a promotion limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Coaching and educational services

Her Rhythm may offer cycle coaching, workshops, educational programs, circles, talks, quizzes and related resources.

These services are intended to provide education, reflection, personal development and support around menstrual cycle awareness, self-awareness and wellbeing.

They are not medical, psychological or other regulated healthcare services, and information provided through Her Rhythm is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for decisions relating to your own health and wellbeing. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, symptoms or medical treatment, please seek appropriate professional advice.

Additional booking, cancellation, participation or coaching terms may be provided when you apply for or book a particular service. Where those specific terms apply, they should be read together with these website Terms & Conditions.

 

Workshops and events

Workshop and event places may be limited and may require advance payment.

Specific cancellation, transfer, age, parental consent or participation conditions may be provided on the relevant booking page or at the time of booking.

If Her Rhythm cancels an event or workshop, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

 

Information and educational content

Information published on the Her Rhythm website, blog, social media, quizzes, emails and educational resources is provided for general educational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but individual experiences vary and the information should not be treated as personalised medical or professional advice.

 

Quiz results

Her Rhythm quizzes are designed for education, reflection and product guidance.

Quiz results are indicative only and are based on the information provided by the person completing the quiz. They are not diagnoses or guarantees of a particular physical, health or personal outcome.

 

Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials and reviews represent the experiences and opinions of individual customers or participants.

Individual experiences vary, and a testimonial should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

Where a testimonial, photograph or video is submitted to Her Rhythm for promotional use, we will use it in accordance with the permission provided by the person submitting it.

 

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including Her Rhythm branding, written content, photographs, illustrations, designs, educational materials, journals, workshop materials, graphics and other original content — belongs to Her Rhythm or is used with permission.

Terms that applied when you completed a particular purchase or booking will continue to be considered in relation to that transaction where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia that apply.
