Ingredients

To brew 
Steep one heaped teaspoon in one cup of freshly boiled water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy slowly.
 
To make Moon Milk 
Simmer one tablespoon of Moontime Tea in one cup of water for 5–10 minutes. Add half a cup of your favourite milk, warm gently, then strain and sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
